FIELD: medicine. ^ SUBSTANCE: non-pedigreed female rats are immunised with antigens, which represents extract of intact animal ovaries. Antigen is additionally purified by triple freezing. Antigen is introduced intraperitoneally to females in phase of estrous cycle rest in dose of 20 mg/ml five times every second day. ^ EFFECT: method ensures approximation of pathomorphologic changes, pathogenic peculiarities of autoimmune oophoritis in experiment to those which have importance in clinic, reduces terms of modeling, increases stability of reproduction, which extends field of application of autoimmune oophoritis model. ^ 11 dwg, 1 ex |
