PURPOSE: An apparatus for diagnosing prostate cancer using DNA information and a method for operating the same are provided to improve process rate and to enhance diagnosis accuracy. CONSTITUTION: An apparatus(100) for diagnosing prostate cancer using DNA information comprises: a test value storing unit(111) for storing test information from DNA information of a patient; a reference storing unit(112, 113) for storing plural reference information; a mask storing unit(114) for storing plural masks having information to be compared between test information and reference information; a plurality of comparing units(121,122,123,124) for confirming corresponding part to the mask in the test information and reference information; an accumulation unit(131,132) for generating corresponding information; and a determining unit(140) for displaying diagnosed result. |
