FIELD: machine building. ^ SUBSTANCE: casing for melting tap-hole of black-liquor boiler includes skirt having central area through which the melt flowing from melting tap-hole falls into dissolving tank. Central area is formed with a wall and has a bath located along its perimetre. The liquid that overfills the bath and flows downwards along the wall in the direction of the dissolving tank is supplied to the bath for cleaning and cooling of central part of the skirt. Hinged cover plate has a pair of screens located on opposite sides of cleaning doors and chain barrier passing between he pair of screen for reflection of melt particles emitted through the cleaning doors. The main injector system has the possibility of directing at least one breaking jet onto the melt flowing from melting tap-hole. Besides, auxiliary injector system has the possibility of directing multiple alternating breaking jets onto the melt. ^ EFFECT: stable flow of weak white liquor from spillway and prevention of blockage problem. ^ 17 cl, 7 dwg |
