FIELD: medicine. ^ SUBSTANCE: apparatus for restoration of antigen in situ and staining includes several elements, supporting microscope slide, and chamber for containing several elements, supporting microscope slide. Each element 114, supporting microscope slide 140, is made with possibility to support microscope slide 140 and is independently movable into and out of chamber. Chamber is made with possibility to increase pressure of each microscope slide, located on elements, supporting microscope slide. In chamber by means of pressure-increasing device, pressure is supported at the level of, at least, 1 psig (108.2 kPa). Distributing system of reagent distributes reagent or solution to each microscope slide on each element, supporting microscope slide. Described are versions of apparatus, versions of method of biological sample processing by means of apparatus and device of reagent distribution, used for method realisation. ^ EFFECT: group of inventions ensures conditions of pressure and temperature for restoration and staining of antigen on individual slides. ^ 144 cl, 85 dwg |
