A method for double laparoscopy-assisted external drainage of pancreatic pseudocysts comprises the layer by layer cut of front abdominal wall under videolaparoscopic control, guiding to the wound and opening of gastrocolic ligament. In a pseudocyst the videolaparoscope with a port is entered, the cut of wall near the port is sealed, the revision of cavity is performed, under videolaparoscopic control the projection of the lowest point of cavity is marked on the back abdominal wall, the lumbotomic cut is made and the pseudocyst drainage is performed. After the removal of the videolaparoscope the front wall of pseudocyst is dissected in accordance with the sizes of wound of front abdominal wall. The edges of the dissected pseudocyst are sutured together with the edges of cut of the front abdominal wall, and additional drains are installed for open sanation of pseudocyst cavity. |
