FIELD: process engineering. ^ SUBSTANCE: proposed device comprises base with reference surface, cutting plate spaced apart clamps, and support element. Note here that cutting plate clamp is made up of bell crank fitted to interact with cutting plate by its one arm and, by another arm, with aforesaid support element, in its displacement in vertical plane relative to reference surface when threaded fastener turns in area of rotational axis. To expand operating performances, support element is made up of cylindrical sleeve accommodating support cylindrical pin.
