A method for repairing worn-out disks of agricultural machines includes removing each of the worn-out disks of a machine and turning off thereof around the outer contour up to the repair size. Also semispherical segments of the width, corresponding to an additional part of the working profile of the disk, are formed of metal strips by means of cutting and bending thereof, the turned central part of the disk is fixed in the axial and radial directions and that of segments - in the radial one using fixing mechanisms. Said segments are brought to the central part of a separate disk by a fixing mechanism and welded with the aid of electric-arc equipment and filler wire in the environment of protecting gases. The areas, where the segments are attached to the central part of the disk, are polished and thermal treatment of the outer surface of the entire article is carried out at the end of repairing process. In addition, the segments made by pressing as arcs or a ring are welded to the central part of the disk with further sormite surfacing and additional polishing of the disk’s outer surface being repaired. At the final stage outer surface strengthening of the article is carried out by a vibration method with final polishing thereof. |
