PURPOSE: An emitting device in which light transmission is excellent is provided to simplify an entire structure by eliminating the need for a configuration of a metal pad and a finger etc. CONSTITUTION: A semiconductor laminator comprises a first electrical conduction semiconductor layer, an active layer, and a second first electrical conduction semiconductor layer. A first electrode body and a second electrode body are connected to the first electrical conduction semiconductor layer and the second first electrical conduction semiconductor layer. At least one of the first electrode body and the second electrode comprises one or more minute electrode fingers(70). The minute electrode fingers are composed of a metal material in order to pass enough current relative to a minute line. Each electrode or the minute electrode finger is connected with a bonding pad area(80) for current dispersion.
