FIXED STATION RECEIVER FOR MIMO COMMUNICATION SYSTEM AND UPLINK ADAPTATION METHOD THEREOF

PURPOSE: A based station reception apparatus of multiple antenna communication system and uplink adaptation method thereof are provided to control transmission capacities of a terminal according to a channel state by calculating an SINR(Signal-to-Interference and Noise Ratio). CONSTITUTION: One or more reception antennas receives an SRS(Sounding Reference Signal) from a terminal. A fast Fourier transform units(321-324) processes a reception signal of the reception antenna. An SRS processing unit(326) calculates an SINR for each transmission symbols received from the SRS transmitted from the fast Fourier transform units. The SRS processing unit selects the pre-coding matrix of the terminal.
