<p>The method for connecting a tube base (10) and a tube (11) in a tube bundle heat exchanger by a rotating reamer, comprises moving the reamer into the open end of the tube surrounded by the tube base rotating in its axial direction and then pressing against the abutting face of the tube. The tube end (12) and the area of the tube base surrounding the tube end are plasticized and receive a welding connection. Independent claims are included for: (1) a rotating reamer for connecting a tube base and a tube in a tube bundle heat exchanger; and (2) a method for the production of a tube bundle heat exchanger.</p> |
