PURPOSE: A liquid crystal display device is provided to prevent the corrosion of a bottom dot electrode by a dot contact hole by forming a dot contact hole in an overlapping area. CONSTITUTION: An integrated circuit is mounted on a substrate(132). The integrated pad is formed in the top of the substrate while being connected with the integrated circuit. A signal transmitting film supplies a driving signal to the integrated circuit. The signal transmission pad is formed in the top of the substrate into the transparent conductive film while being connected with the signal transmission film. The signal transmitting pad is formed to be connected with the integrated pad. The integrated pad includes an input bottom electrode(152), an input contact hole, and an input upper electrode(156). |
