PURPOSE: A content searching service system and a content searching service method are provided to manage and supply information about an inquiry frequency per a reproduction section of content, thereby providing popularity per the reproduction section of the content. CONSTITUTION: Content providing servers(300A~300N) manage inquiry frequency information per a reproduction section which shows an inquiry frequency for a reproduction section of content. A content searching service providing server(200) generates/manages total inquiry frequency information per a reproduction section of the content based on the inquiry frequency information per a reproduction section. The content searching service providing server searches content requested from a terminal device(100) to supply the searched result and the total inquiry frequency information to the terminal device.
