PURPOSE: A producing method of a pellet containing a functional food active ingredient is provided to offer the pellet with high manufacturing yield and efficiency. CONSTITUTION: A producing method of a pellet containing a functional food active ingredient comprises the following steps: firstly spraying an aqueous ethanol solution on seeds using a bottom spray fluid-bed granulator; and secondly spraying an ethanol solution containing the active ingredient, hydroxypropyl methylcellulose, a surfactant, and a lubricant. The active ingredient is selected from vegetable extracts, vitamins, and water-soluble calcium. The vegetable extracts include red ginseng, aloe, ginseng, garlic, mugwort, rose, and chrysanthemum extracts. |
