PURPOSE: A lighting apparatus is provided to supply a slim flat lighting apparatus with improved color temperature characteristics. CONSTITUTION: A diffusion plate(310) uniformly projects light to an outer front surface. A frame(330) fixes and supports the diffusion plate. A light source part comprises a plurality of light emitting devices arranged on a substrate. A back cover(370) comprises a combining groove(370-1) for combining the frame and a screw(400). A power supply part(350) for supplying power to a lighting apparatus is arranged in the upper part of the back cover.
