摘要 PURPOSE: High-altitude marine wind power generation and a construction method using buoyancy are provided to perform construction rapidly and efficiently by maintaining the same work plane as sea level by controlling buoyancy. CONSTITUTION: A marine wind power generating structure of a marine wind power generating system consists of one high-rise structure, which has a similar shape to jungle gym. The marine wind power generating structure comprises turbines(3) and a buoyant member(1). The turbine is installed only on the top, so the highest-altitude wind is not only used. The turbines are installed from the lower part at right intervals. When the marine wind power generating structure is constructed, the buoyancy of the buoyant member is controlled and the entire structure becomes higher or lower so that work plane is close to sea level.
