<p>PURPOSE: A marker for predicting fertility of an animal is provided to predict fertility and fertilization ability. CONSTITUTION: A marker for predicting fertility of an animal is alpha-tubulin, phosphatidylethanolamine-binding protein 1, glyceraldehyde-3-phosphate dehydrogenase, ATP synthase subunit, alpha-2-HS-glycoprotein, PHGPx(phospholipid hydroperoxide glutathione peroxidase), cytochrom b-c1 complex subunit 2, or apoptosis-stimulating of p53 protein 2. A composition for predicting fertility contains an antibody which specifically binds to the marker. The composition also contains a primer or probe which specifically binds to a gene encoding the marker.</p> |
