ANTIBODY AGAINST OMPU OF VIBRIO AND METHOD OF DETECTING VIBRO USING THE SAME

PURPOSE: An antibody which specifically recognizes Vibrio parahaemolyticus or Vibrio vulnificus is provided to prevent food poisoning in advance. CONSTITUTION: An antigen-binding polypeptide specifically binds to OMP(outer membrane protein) of vibrio and contains VH domain and VL domain. The antigen-binding polypeptide additionally contains a linker polypeptide. The linker polypeptide has sequences of sequence numbers 31, 32, or 33. The antigen-binding polypeptide contains an amino acid sequence of sequence numbers 34, 35, 36, or 37. A kit for detecting vibrio contains the polypeptide. The vibrio includes Vibrio parahaemolyticus or Vibrio vulnificus. A method for detecting vibrio comprises a step of detecting the OMP of vibrio using the antigen-binding polypeptide.
