PURPOSE: An arc microneedle stamp and an operation method thereof are provided, which make a micro hollow formed in the skin while rolling a stamp and infiltrate drug. CONSTITUTION: An arc microneedle stamp comprises: a bag-shaped handle(110); a needle portion(120) of the bowl-shaped section like the half-moon shape, which is formed in the front of the handle; and a plurality of microneedles(130) formed in the needle portion.
