A BLACK PHOTOSENSITIVE RESIN COMPOSITION, COLOR FILTER AND LIQUID CRYSTAL DISPLAY DEVICE HAVING THE SAME

PURPOSE: A black photo-sensitive resin composition, a color filter, and a liquid crystal display device including the same are provided to prevent the generation of residue by improving developing characteristics. CONSTITUTION: A black photo-sensitive resin composition includes a coloring material, an alkali-soluble resin, a photo-polymerizable compound, a developing aiding agent, a photo-polymerization initiator, and a solvent. The coloring material includes a black color pigment. The developing aiding agent is represented by chemical formula 1. 0.5-4.95 weight% of the developing aiding agent is contained in the composition based on the solid content of the composition. A color filter includes a black matrix. The black matrix is formed by applying the composition on the upper side of a substrate and exposing and developing the applied materials in a pre-set pattern.
