PURPOSE: An apparatus for measuring blood alcohol concentration is provided to measure the alcohol concentration of a person, who is in the loss of consciousness, in a short time by measuring alcohol concentration using a metering module including a metering pin in one side of a collection container in which blood is collected. CONSTITUTION: A first main body part(80) is formed in a joint part(82) with which a collection container is combined. A second body part(90) is hinge-coupled with the first main body part and is circulated to cover the joint part. Alcohol concentration, which is measured at in a metering module(91), is displayed in a display(71). A metering pin(93) passes through and is connected with one side of the collection container in the joint art. A heater heats the inside of the joint part. An insertion hole, in which the metering pin is inserted, is formed in a blowpipe. An inlet hole is formed in one side of the collection container and a blood intake hole is formed in a circumference of the collection container. An absorbent member absorbs blood flowing in through the blood intake hole.
