PURPOSE: A printable twist tie, a producing apparatus thereof, and a producing method thereof are provided to prevent the discharge of harmful components from the twist tie. CONSTITUTION: A producing apparatus for a printable twist tie(100) includes an iron core feeding unit, a film feeding reel, a pre-heating unit, an aligning unit, a fusing unit, and a cutting unit. The iron core feeding unit supplies an iron core(20) having a pre-fixed thickness. The film feeding reel supplies PET film(30,40) having a printed portion(50) with brand names or logos. The pre-heating unit preheats the iron core. The aligning unit attaches the iron core to the film at the constant interval. The fusing unit passes through the aligning unit for fusing the film. The cutting unit cuts the fused film.
