PURPOSE: A BIPV(Building Integrated Photovoltaic System) using an azimuth sensor is provided to enhance the collection efficiency of sunlight since the gradient of a solar cell changes corresponding to the position of sun depending on season and time. CONSTITUTION: A BIPV comprises an azimuth sensor(10) and a control device(20). The azimuth sensor is mounted on a BIPV wall. The azimuth sensor measures the position and direction of the BIPV wall due to the intensity of magnetic field and transmits them to the control device. The control device calculates the trajectory of sun based on the position and direction of the BIPV wall depending on azimuth transferred from the azimuth sensor, makes database using the numeric value calculated and stores database in a program. The control device drives a motor device with the program and changes the gradient of a solar collecting device. |
