UNIT PIXEL ARRAY AND CMOS IMAGE SENSOR HAVING THE SAME

PURPOSE: A unit pixel array and a complementary metal oxide semiconductor including the same are provided to accurately eliminate AC noise by forming a back end of line structure having a line optical black region and an active pixel region. CONSTITUTION: An active pixel region(120) comprises unit pixels having a photo diode. A first optical black region(140) is separated from the active pixel region in a first direction. A first optical black region comprises unit pixels which do not have the photo diode. A second optical black region(160) is separated from the active pixel region in a second direction. The second optical black region comprises the unit pixels having the photo diode. A third optical black region(180) is separated from the active pixel region in a third direction. The third optical black region comprises the unit pixels which do not have the photo diode.
