The method involves pouring concrete in a longitudinal casing (50) with the shape of a prefabricated element with a reinforcement (20), where the casing comprises a casing portion (70) arranged with two plates (71). The casing is made of ultra high performance fiber concrete and fixed at the reinforcement. The prefabricated element is formed with a projecting sole from which a rib extends. The plates are separated from a distance corresponding to width of a vein and maintained with a top part of the casing to the shape of the sole. An independent claim is also included for a structural prefabricated concrete element comprising plates.
