<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sash repair method that facilitates repairing a sash in an existing double sliding window constituted by an aluminum sash and also allows a repairing cost to be reduced. <P>SOLUTION: In a constitution of an existing bottom rail 2 of a sash 1, in which an existing bottom rail member 21 is incorporated with a pair of existing sash rollers 22 and an existing seal member 23, a bottom rail 3, which is constituted by incorporating a pair of new sash rolls 32 and a new seal member 33 into a new bottom rail member 31 and in which the new bottom rail member 31 is formed into the same shape as the existing bottom rail member 21 at least, is prepared. A sash repair method comprises: a machine screw removal process S1, in which a plurality of mounting screws 12 fixing the existing bottom rail 2 to the both stiles 11 of the sash 1 are removed; a existing bottom rail removal process S2, in which the existing bottom rail 2 is removed from the both stiles 11; a new bottom rail mounting process S3, in which the new bottom rail 3 is mounted between the both stiles 11; and a screwing process S4, in which the new bottom rail 3 is fixed to the both stiles 11 with the plurality of mounting screws 12. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
