PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an organic light emitting element and a method of manufacturing the organic light emitting element.

SOLUTION: The organic light emitting element includes: a substrate; a first electrode formed on the substrate; a second electrode formed on the substrate and comprising Ag; a luminous layer formed between the first electrode and the second electrode; an electron injection layer formed between the luminous layer and the second electrode and comprising a mixture of an alkali metal-containing compound and a first metal; and a capping layer formed on the second electrode.
