Disclosed is a health food which can act on urinary incontinence effectively and has no adverse influence. Specifically disclosed is a health food comprising at least one herbal crude drug selected from a plant Euryale ferox, an abdominal plate of a turtle, a plant Nelumbo nucifera and a plant Dioscorea opposita, and which can act on urinary incontinence effectively without any adverse influence like adverse side effects of estrogen that has been used conventionally. It is preferred that the health food comprises at least two herbal crude drugs selected from a plant Euryale ferox, an abdominal plate of a turtle, a plant Nelumbo nucifera and a plant Dioscorea opposita and has an orally ingestible dosage form. |
