A cordless magnetic base drill is disclosed. The drill comprises a control unit (1), a motor (2) which is connected with the control unit (1), a gear box (3) which is connected with the motor (2), a power source (4) which is connected with the control unit (1), and a magnetic base (5). The gear box (3) regulates the output rotation speed of the motor (2). The power source (4) supplies power to the motor (2). The magnetic base (5) can be an electromagnetic chuck, an electric permanent magnetic chuck, a permanent magnetic chuck, or the combination of a permanent magnetic chuck and an electromagnetic chuck. The control unit (1) controls the operations of the motor (2) and the power source (4) and establishes or cuts off the connection between the power source (4) and the motor (2). |
