<p>A method, system and apparatus for transmitting downlink signaling are provided by the present invention. The method includes: for a current signaling which includes sequential transmission indication information, judging whether a previous non-retransmission signaling is received successfully by a terminal, and only when the previous non-retransmission signaling is received successfully by a terminal, transmitting the current signaling by a Radio Network Controller (RNC). In the embodiments of the present invention, the signaling which needs to be transmitted in sequence includes the sequential transmission indication information, so when recognizing the sequential transmission indication information, the RNC needs to judge whether a previous signaling is received successfully by a terminal. Therefore, for the signaling which needs to be transmitted in sequence, it is guaranteed that the sequence of receiving the signaling by the terminal is the same as that of transmitting the signaling by the RNC, and thus the service flow can be completed normally at the terminal side.</p> |
