PURPOSE: A light emitting device is provided to prevent problems due to an uneven shape by controlling a shape, a size, and an interval of unevenness. CONSTITUTION: A substrate(100) comprises a first surface and a second surface. The first surface faces the second surface. An unevenness(102) is formed on the upper side of the substrate. A first electrode(104) is formed on the unevenness of the substrate. An organic light emitting layer(106) is formed on the first electrode. A second electrode(108) is formed on the organic light emitting layer.
