The invention relates to a solar water heater characterized in that it consists of a tank that has: a first perforation, into which an adapter is inserted, consisting of a screw, which is an externally threaded pipe, one end of which has an internally threaded head having an integrated washer, for receiving the hot water pipe and a nut having an integrated washer. The nut is threaded onto the threaded pipe, leaving threads available for a 90° elbow facing the upper face of the tank; a second perforation symmetrical to the first, and having a second adapter provided with a second 90° elbow, different in that said elbow faces the lower face of the tank, the inside lower face of which has a circular perforation giving access to the inside of the tank in order to place the screws and nuts for the water entry and exit. Said center perforation has bores on the edges, and is covered by means of a counter flange and a cover flange; additionally, it has a framework that encircles the tank, being contained in said rings; an isolating shell that surrounds the tank and a disk used as a bottom; a housing that contains the tank, the framework and the isolating shell, said housing also having a transparent lid, and a variable-slant tripod that supports the heater.
