摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To develop a method for efficiently producing L-threo-3-hydroxy aspartic acid. <P>SOLUTION: There is provided a production method of L-threo-3-hydroxy aspartic acid which contains: (1) a step to generate L-hydroxy asparagine by contacting L-asparagine to L-asparagine hydroxylase; and (2) a step to generate L-threo-3-hydroxy aspartic acid by contacting the L-hydroxy asparagine to L-asparaginase. There is provided a combination of catalyst compositions containing a first catalyst composition containing the L-asparagine hydroxylase and a second catalyst composition containing the L-asparaginase, and a combination of catalyst compositions to generate the L-threo-3-hydroxy aspartic acid by contacting the L-hydroxy asparagine which is generated by contacting the L-asparagine to the first catalyst composition to the second catalyst composition. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT
