<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optical fiber module with which the high power of light irradiation, the adjustment of color balance, the extension of life of a light source can be achieved at low costs by making it possible that the incident of light from a plurality of light sources into one optical fiber with high accuracy can be performed without noise. <P>SOLUTION: An optical fiber module 1-1 includes an optical fiber 3 and a plurality of light sources 5a, 5b, 5c for making light be incident into the optical fiber 3.
