<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To secure easily a desired light distribution pattern regarding a lighting fixture for vehicle. <P>SOLUTION: Light sources 10, 10 and a light guide body 6 to guide light emitted from the light sources in a prescribed direction are installed in the outer case 4 of the lighting fixture constituted of a cover 3 and a lamp housing 2. The light guide body is formed in a columnar shape extending in a prescribed direction, and has a first extension part 7 extending on a horizontal plane H side to a reference line P extending in a direction 45° inclined to the horizontal plane and a second extension part 8 which extends on a vertical plane V side to the reference line. The outer face of the light guide body has incident faces 6a, 6a, internal reflection faces 9a, 9a, ... to internally reflect light, and an emitting face 6b which is formed in a convex curved face toward outside and from which light is emitted. When the curvature of the emitting face in a cross-section orthogonal to the extension direction of the first extension part is made ρ1 and the curvature of the emitting face in the cross-section orthogonal to the extension direction of the second extension part is made ρ2, ρ1 is made smaller than ρ2. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
