<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a propeller shaft that can resolve possibilities of a degradation of an NV performance and a rupture of sealing members. <P>SOLUTION: A propeller shaft 1 includes: a first shaft 2 having a female spline part 2a; a second shaft 3 arranged along an axis of the first shaft 2 and having a female spline part 3a; and a middle shaft 4 relatively movably coupled to the second shaft 3 and the first shaft 2 and having a male spline part 40a for spline fitting into the female spline part 2a and a male spline part 40b for spline fitting into the female spline part 3a. The propeller shaft 1 further includes a pair of sealing members 5 and 6 extendably arranged between the middle shaft 4 and the first shaft 2 and between the middle shaft 4 and the second shaft 3, respectively, and for sealing between the female spline part 2a and the male spline part 40a and between the female spline part 3a and the male spline part 40b, respectively. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
