JUDGING DEVICE, JUDGING METHOD AND JUDGING PROGRAM

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To consider a ground fault.

SOLUTION: A judging device receives ground fault information. The judging device obtains a route from a ground place to a zero phase power supply from connection data. The judging device specifies an operation order where a protection relay operates based on a set value which is set in the protection relay in the route. The judging device specifies an arranging order from the ground place of the protection relay in the route. The judging device judges whether the operation order is matched with the arranging order or not. Thus, it is judged whether the set value which is set in the protection relay is appropriate or not.
