<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide electronic equipment in which it is realized to effectively give an effect onto, for example, a still picture constituting a slide show. <P>SOLUTION: According to an embodiment, electronic equipment includes face image detection means and display control means. The face image detection means detects and analyzes face images contained in a still picture and creates face image information which includes positional information indicating a detection position of each face image and attribute information indicating at least the degree of smile indicating the extent to which each face image shows smile. The display control means selects the face image to be the object for which an effect is given based on the attribute information included in the face image information and gives the effect onto the still picture based on the positional information of the selected face image included in the face image information to display the resulting still picture. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
