Provided is a plastic tank as a pressure-resistant and heat-resistant container which is advantageous in cost. A hot water storage tank (10) (plastic tank) has a tank wall surface portion (16) comprised of a multilayer structure (20) having an inner layer (21) composed of polyphenylene ether resin, an outer layer (22) which is composed of polyamide resin and which is provided on the outside of the inner layer, and an intermediate layer (23) which is composed of a polyphenylene ether resin composition containing polyphenylene ether resin and polyamide resin and which is positioned between the inner layer and the outer layer.
