<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing a reflective color image display device, which allows alignment with color filters with high accuracy, and a pixel electrode substrate suitably used in the execution of this method. <P>SOLUTION: In the method for manufacturing a reflective color image display device constituted by placing a color filter substrate 3 on the front side of an image display body 1 which a pixel electrode substrate 2 is placed on the rear side of, a pixel electrode 2 where one or more alignment mark display electrodes 23 for displaying alignment marks on the image display body 1 by power supply are provided on a base material 21 is used as the pixel electrode substrate 2, and in a state where power is supplied to the alignment mark display electrodes 23 of the pixel electrode substrate 2 to display the alignment marks on the image display body 1, a color filter substrate 3 is placed on and stuck to the image display body 1 while being aligned using the displayed alignment marks and alignment marks 33 preliminarily set on the color filter substrate 3. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
