<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a high-frequency amplifier capable of matching between different frequency bands without requiring external components, and of reducing cost. <P>SOLUTION: A high-frequency amplifier is provided with impedance control circuits connected to an input side and an output side of an amplifier. Each impedance control circuit is configured by a series circuit of an impedance element and a switching element.
