<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mechanical parking apparatus capable of maintaining a good electrical contact even if an introduced raindrop and the like are dropped. <P>SOLUTION: A mechanical parking apparatus includes a stationary-side contact section 6 connected to a power source and a protection cover 14 for covering an upper portion of the stationary-side contact section 6, on the floor portion of a storage space at a stop position of a pallet 1. In a normal state, the protection cover 14 is biased by springs 20 and 21 so as to cover the stationary-side contact section 6. The protection cover 14 is driven by a cover-opening drive member 11 utilizing a movement of the pallet 1 to the stop position. The stationary-side contact section 6 exposed by the movement of the protection cover 14 is brought into contact with a moving-side contact section 5 disposed on the bottom section of the pallet 1, and thereby a charging circuit is formed. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
