<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To set a link travel time highly precisely calculating a route travel time when an intersection having a plurality of nodes is included in a route from a start point to a destination. <P>SOLUTION: A link travel time providing apparatus 1 includes a map information storage unit 21, a position information detection unit 12, a link matching process unit 31, a matching result storage unit 32, and a link travel time calculation unit 37. When a calculation object link of the link travel time is a link directly connecting to an intersection in the upstream side of the intersection including a plurality of nodes, the link travel time calculation unit 37 calculates a time required for passing through the object link and the intersection for every retreating link retreating from the intersection, as the link travel time of the object link. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
