<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ion generating device which can simplify a structure for cleaning an ion generating electrode, and which can also reduce the size easily. <P>SOLUTION: A cleaning part 14a is arranged in a position spaced at a predetermined distance from an ion generating electrode 12a. A moving part 15a moves the cleaning part 14a so that the cleaning part 14a can be brought into direct contact with a tip of the ion generating electrode 12a. A cleaning part 14b is arranged in a position which is different from that of the cleaning part 14a and is spaced at a predetermined distance from the ion generating electrode 12a. A moving part 15b moves the cleaning part 14b so that the cleaning part 14b can be brought into direct contact with the tip of the ion generating electrode 12a. The cleaning part 14a moves in a direction intersecting an extending direction of the ion generating electrode 12a, and the cleaning part 14b moves in a direction which intersects the extending direction of the ion generating electrode 12a but is different from the moving direction of the cleaning part 14a. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
