<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a shoe which needs no shoehorn and which has improved comfortableness to wear with a functional device that, in a stationary state where the shoe is not worn, keeps on maintaining an upper open state and a rear shape and hardness of the shoe, always preparing a state for a person to easily wear the shoe, that naturally fixes the ankle after wearing the shoe, after smoothness is enhanced in quick response to force for wearing the shoe, and that also works linked with muscle movement of the foot without causing an uncomfortable feeling in walking. <P>SOLUTION: The shoe that needs no shoehorn is configured to stick a repulsive elasticity manifesting molded article to the rear part (9) of the opening part of the shoe (8), wherein the article is bent in such a manner that a ridge part composed of an outer tip end part (2) and an inner tip end part (4) and also a ridge part composed of an outer tip end part (3) and an inner tip end part (5), in the lower portion of an inverted U shaped flexible planar substance (1) are bent so as to make (2)(3) and (4)(5) come close to each other, and in such a manner that a surface composed of the inverted U shaped outer part (6) and the inverted U shaped inner part (7) in the upper portion is bent rearward with (7) as a support point so as to make (6) come close to (4) and (5). <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
