<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent air from remaining in a filling chamber when injecting a filling material into a container such as a discharge instrument. <P>SOLUTION: The discharge instrument 1 includes: a body 2 including the filling chamber 24 which is arranged in a cylindrical part 6 and stores a photocuring material; a discharge part 7 which is connected to the distal end of the cylindrical part 6 and has a discharge nozzle 12 for discharging the photocuring material to an external part; and a piston 4 slidably arranged in the body 2. The discharge instrument 1 discharges the photocuring material arranged in the filling chamber 24 from the discharge nozzle 12 by pushing out the material by the piston 4. An air vent port 9 to be extended in the axial direction of the piston 4 is formed in the piston 4. The air vent port 9 is clogged by photocuring the photocuring material in the circumference of the air vent port 9 of the piston 4 on the side of the filling chamber 24. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
