<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To transcode contents by performing attentive control adjusted to capability of a terminal and a viewing environment. <P>SOLUTION: A user terminal comprises: a viewing processing unit for transmitting information of the contents to view and support capability information to a transcode processing device, and receiving a result whether or not the contents can be displayed on a display device; and a terminal processing collection unit for receiving the transcoded contents. The transcode processing device comprises: a processing storage unit for storing thresholds for displaying the contents and parameters for transcoding in association; a viewing management unit for determining whether or not the contents can be displayed on the display device, and transmitting the result to the user terminal; a trasncode processing collection unit for receiving status information from the user terminal, and selecting a transcode type; a transcoding unit for transcoding the contents according to the parameters included in the transcode type; and a moving image distribution unit for transmitting the transcoded contents to the user terminal. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
