PURPOSE: A system for managing a cadastral map is provided to exactly revise and update a numerical map in detail even if an aviation photographing image is not utilized. CONSTITUTION: A management system comprises a number apparatus(100), an artificial structure transmitting node(200), and an intersection transmitting node(300). The number apparatus is arranged in the collecting car. The artificial structure transmitting node is arranged in the exterior wall of an artificial structure. The intersection transmitting node is arranged in the corner of an intersection. A transmitting node reacts to the operating signal of a transmitting module(130) and transmits its own identification code and a fixed output signal. The placement sequence of a corresponding artificial structure transmitting node is identically applied to the placement sequence of the other artificial structure transmitting node. A fuse module(120), which receives an identification code, analyzes the RSSI(Received Signal Strength Indication) signal of a corresponding artificial structure output signal and trace the location of artificial structure transmitting node.
