PURPOSE: A synthetic retaining plate for earth retaining, a manufacturing method thereof, and a construction method for recycling the synthetic retaining plate are provided to improve the stability of a structure and the quantity of construction by recollecting synthetic retaining plates. CONSTITUTION: A synthetic retaining plate for earth retaining comprises a compound, an inner end stiffener, a length control plate, an outer end stiffener, a connecting member, a clearance half-moon groove, and a support(180). The compound is made of plastic film resin and includes a circular pipe, a square pipe, or mesh. The inner end stiffener is inserted into surround both ends of the compound. The length control plate comprises a clearance adjustment hole and is respectively inserted into the round pipe or the square pipe of the compound. The connecting member is fixed through the clearance adjustment hole of the length control plate and the bolt hole of the compound. The clearance half-moon groove is formed at the outer end stiffener into a half-moon shape. The support is arranged on a form covering the bottom part of the outer end stiffener and is combined in the clearance half-moon groove using a bolt(190). |
