PURPOSE: A similar auditory sense transmission apparatus and method using a spectrum modulation are provided to convert a high frequency among audio frequencies to be included in a perceivable frequency. CONSTITUTION: An acoustic sensing unit(210) senses an acoustic signal(100). A spectral converting unit(220) changes the sound wave signal into a spectral signal. A spectral compression unit(230) compresses the spectral signal to a perceivable frequency. A spectral dividing unit(240) partitions the perceivable frequency into one or more frequency domains. One or more modulation signal output units(250) are prepared to correspond to one or more frequency domains and outputs one or more frequency domains with vibration(300).
