PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fibrous composite material that has a structure in which parts of two or more kinds of fibrous materials having different compositions are mutually conjugated.

SOLUTION: A fibrous composite material has a structure in which parts of two or more kinds of fibrous materials having different compositions are mutually conjugated, and each of the two or more kinds of fibrous materials has a diameter of 10 nm to 50 μm and the ratio of the length to the diameter of each fibrous material is 10 or more. The fibrous composite material can be obtained by an electrostatic spinning step of applying high electric fields of ±0.5 kV/cm or more of different polarity to a raw material liquid 7a and other raw material liquid 7b for forming the fibrous materials, respectively, jetting them respectively, and conjugating them in a state in which each fibrous material has an independent continuous structure.
